Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://caregiversandston.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Autism Support, Behavioral Support, Disability Support Services, Life Skills Training, Personal Care Assistance provided by Capital City Residential Services LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://caregiversandston.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Capital City Residential Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Warranty Disclaimer. Capital City Residential Services LLC makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under VA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in VA for any related dispute.
